The Master Cleanse Recipe – How To Make The Lemonade

This is the recipe for a single serving, and you should drink anywhere from 6-12 servings per day. It’s usually easiest to make the recipe in big batches, depending on how long you plan on going on the diet. I personally make a batch for every day I’m on it. That way it’s always fresh.

It’s recommended you stay on the diet for a full 10 days to be sure your body has completely cleaned itself out, but it’s not required. Some people have great effects after being on the diet for only 7 days. Some people even do the Master Cleanse for as long as 40 days, though it’s not recommended. It really depends on what you’re trying to accomplish. So it’s best to stay on the diet for at least 7 full days if you want to actually lose body weight.
