Part two is elimination: ensuring the &#8220;junk&#8221; is washed  out of the body quickly and regularly so that the toxins are not  reabsorbed, which can leave you feeling sick or dizzy. Often <span id="more-59"></span>miserable.</p>
<p>The salt water flush is a  powerful part of that elimination process. The recipe is easy and the procedure simple.  All the ingredients required for a proper flush are sea salt and water.</p>
<p>In order to complete the  procedure, mix two teaspoons of sea salt with one quart of water.  Drink this whole solution one morning before you have had any solid food  to eat. Within an hour, you should have several bowel movements as  evidence the flush is working. If for some reason the salt water cannot be taken in the morning, then  the herb laxative tea must be taken night and morning.</p>
<p>If you do not get results you want within  one hour, you may need to add more salt to your mix, or you may simply  need to drink more water to help move the waste products along your  intestines. Though, adding more salt usually does the trick.</p>

<p>8. Try to stay away from people who are cooking because this will create temptation and will make the commitment so much harder. If you were quitting smoking you wouldn&#8217;t want to be around smokers right? The same goes for the master cleanse.</p>

I would highly recommend it if you are serious about doing the lemonade diet. Remember, the more you know about this diet and by following the proper  procedures and maintaining a healthy state of mind, it can make even the  harder parts of the lemonade diet go by with ease.</p>
